At Cremo Company, we stand behind the quality of our grooming products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If a product doesn't meet your expectations, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  After submitting your request, a prepaid shipping label will be generated for you to print and attach to your return package.

  Package Securely

  Place the items in their original packaging or a sturdy box to ensure they are protected during transit back to our facility.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect the items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
